Dear Brothers, Friends, and Visitors,

Welcome to Heights Ionic Pride Lodge #280.

It is both an honor and a privilege to serve as Worshipful Master, and to represent a lodge built on a proud legacy of unity, brotherhood, and service. Whether you are a long-standing member, a visiting Brother, or someone exploring Freemasonry for the first time, I extend a warm and sincere welcome to you.

Our lodge was established on December 7th, 1999, through the union of three historic lodges—Houston Heights #280, Ionic Lodge #469, and Pride of Houston #477. From that foundation, Heights Ionic Pride was formed with a shared vision: to strengthen the bonds of brotherhood and to make a meaningful, lasting impact in the Greater Houston community.

As we move forward this year, we do so under a guiding principle: “Good Work, Square Work, and Honest Work.” This theme reflects not only the values of our craft, but the standard by which we strive to live—within our lodge, in our communities, and in our daily lives. It is a call to action for each of us to labor with integrity, treat one another with fairness, and carry ourselves with honor in all that we do.

Today, we continue to uphold the principles that define Freemasonry—personal growth, charitable service, and genuine fellowship among men of good character. Our lodge is more than a place where we meet—it is a place where we grow, where we serve, and where we build lifelong connections grounded in shared values.

To our members, I thank you for your continued dedication to the craft. To our visitors, I invite you to explore our site, connect with us, and learn more about who we are and what we stand for. There is always a place here for good men seeking purpose, improvement, and brotherhood.

I look forward to the year ahead with great optimism and renewed energy, and I am proud to serve alongside each of you as we continue building upon the strong foundation laid before us.

Fraternally,
Christopher Warren
Worshipful Master
